Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered across South Africa within 3–7 working days. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Is delivery tracked?
Yes — every order is sent with tracked courier delivery.

Packaging & privacy

Will the packaging show what's inside?
No. Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no Lunella branding and nothing on the outside describing the contents.

Orders & returns

What is your returns policy?
We offer 14-day return support on items that meet our return-policy conditions. For hygiene reasons, some personal-care products can only be returned unused and in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Using the Heat Belt

How do I use it?
Charge it before first use, position it around your lower abdomen, and select your preferred heat or vibration setting. Please follow the safety instructions included with the product.

Is it rechargeable?
Yes — it's cordless and rechargeable, so there's nothing to boil or refill.
